I believe Washington is playing their high school football season now so probably explains the late commit. Sounds like he will be a PWO... had recent interest from Northern Illinois.

I wouldn't count Patterson, he's already enrolled and been practicing with the team all spring. He essentially took Trey Lance's roster spot and scholly. This will be two freshman though but they're losing Zeb and Logan Graetz so it makes sense. SamsRams mentioned in the recruiting thread he thinks they might even look for another QB in the portal. It would make sense since Quincy Patterson is the only non-freshman QB on the fall roster as of now.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten about him. A ton of youth at that position... need a leader to step up. Wouldn't doubt if one or two of these guys either switches positions or transfers out since whoever does settle in as the starter will have multiple years of eligibility left (even Patterson has 2 more seasons after this fall if he wants them both).
