    He has Sam Houston St. @ 51 then NDSU is the next AA team at 82 with SE Louisiana @ 84. Will be interesting to see what it looks like tomorrow morning. He also has JMU at only 118 with a bunch of AA schools ahead of them.

    I wonder what the issue is? Earlier this year the Big Sky had four teams in the top 5 until it was later revised.

    This is likely true. Sagarin lives in Indiana so he applies his model to our high school football and basketball as well. There are a couple football conferences with 10 teams so all 9 of their games are conference games. They always fall somewhere odd in the model. Every other conference though plays some non-conference so it's not as crazy as this. I don't think you can do much with Sagarin this year.

    Definitely hard to take much stock in these ratings when the T20 contains four teams that haven't played a gamed in over 17 months.

    Yep. Garbage in, garbage out. All the computer models are going to be worthless this year. Not nearly enough data to link everything together.
