The MaBee center has never had a crowd like that in the for a Summit League game b4. I have been there twice and both times there were like 250 max attendance counting their adult band.

ORU is representing the summit well.

Things like this could help future SL tournament champs to get a slightly better seed. It seems like the SL has really stepped up the collective tournament performance the last decade or so.

The crazy thing is ORU was the 4 seed this year in the Summit League Tournament! The general consensus was the conference was slightly down compared to previous years, too.

Great exposure for them and great money for the conference.

The item that helps ORU is that they have been played against a lot of different styles just in our conference.

NDSU - lots of length - grind it out style
SDSU - up-tempo and scoring type of game
USD - spacing the floor with a lot of ball picks
