    Are you liking Jake Richter?
Fighting Hawks got the MSU Moorhead WR as a grad transfer (iirc?).
I see he has 5 receptions 50 yards so far. 6’ 4” 215 - gives the FHers another big body to go with Maag.

I am not sure I like transfers from FBS that can't make it at that level especially for a team that is worse than us for the past 14 years.

Right now with all the transfers it would almost seem like a stud that has played and showed his talent at the D2 level would be better (ie Braydon Thomas).

It's a bad situation for a developmental program to basically have to play a whole season AFTER losing a grad class. Need a couple of transfers to plug the holes missing. I don't think this is the future (unless that portal gets out of control, which it might). We can get back on schedule next year.

Not that I want be seen agreeing with you of all people , but right!?!? I'm going to give the coaches the benefit of the doubt this year and this year only due to the impacts on our roster playing this spring versus last fall, but not a fan of seeing all these transfers. But I fear this will be the new normal in college football with the change in transfer rules. Welcome to free agency in college football. It's also going to impact redshirting at the FCS level. Why redshirt a kid that can contribute now and risk only getting 3 years out of them is what I suspect a lot of coaches will be asking themselves.

He just might be thinking transfers out...not in

Regardless, we have all seen how well many teams have fared with their FBS transfer duds.
