Roehl was getting major props in 1st half and even into the 2nd half by everyone and twitter sports world, etc.
then when Arizona put 8 guys in box and sent the kitchen sink, Roehl couldn't do 1 play action or rollout? read the room man..
argh.
ps having cam throw on 2nd down at goal line when he fumbled wasn't smart.
Gonella/Kobe didn't get more touches
and LUEPKE ONLY HAD 3 CARRIES IN THE 4TH? is that true?

NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
Outside or 4 or 5 plays, Roehl called a great game. We ran for almost 300 yards and 6.3 ypc.
My only complaint was going to Bussey up the middle on a key drive, the roll out on the Cam fumble when we were running the ball at will, not giving T Mac more touches and not sprinkling in play action a few more times. Its not Roehls fault guys jump off sides or cam slides too early.
I am more concerned about the way we called the game on defense. Virtually no blitzes in the 1st half and we weren't getting pressure with 4 down lineman

He had all the time in the world. Many of his big plays were designed runs, except for the TD. He's a hell of a QB when he loses the gunslinger mentality. I was impressed. But we couldn't get pressure with 4. When we threw in some blizes in the 2nd half he struggled... at least until we gave him a 2nd chance with stupid penalties
