Idk what he gets paid here, but I cant imagine ETSU is putting up monster $$ to move him.
As much flack as he gets on Bville, I gotta think TR would have better options available to him than ETSU
That Being said, maybe TR wants to be an FBS coach, in which case, ETSU makes perfect sense. ETSU AD probably knows what every other AD in the country knows: "If you want to go FBS, you can go FBS. So if we want to go FBS, we just will". Pretty conventional wisdom at this point but that is never going to happen here because... reasons and science and stuff.
1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
3. It's time to go FBS
