I honestly think Cole Payton is our best QB.
all 3 can run/scramble. right? agreed?

so if they are all similar there, who's the best passer. Cole.

Doesn't matter. Roehl ruined out offense. He lucked out with Treys elite ability but now the running back isn't used like it once was. Every week it's the same crap. Top rusher is QB. No fullbacks anymore. No shifts or motion. Everything is out of shot gun. We're basically just like every other team and calling us pro style is laughable. Our identity is gone and we're easier prep for

This is a pretty absurdly ridiculous statement and its kinda of funny that its a popular opinion on Roehl. It really shows the lack of perspective NDSU fans have in the world of college football.

Roehl hasn't been anything special by any means, but NDSU is coming off an 11 year, 4 QB run where they have had a professional QB running the show since 2010. You will likely never see another QB in your lifetime start at NDSU that will be better than Jensen, Wentz, Stick, or Lance, and that's certainly not casting a negative shadow. Roehl probably won't last at NDSU in his current position if things don't improve, but there isn't an OC out there that is going to come in and put 35+ points every single game against MVFC teams. It doesn't matter who the QB is or the offense is. NDSU could very well run the table and finish with another undefeated championship, and people are still going to want Roehl fired. Complete lack of perspective.

You’re so right. Such a lack of perspective. It’s almost like NDSU fans think we’re playing against a bunch of teachers colleges or something. Blindly saying our offense isn’t great isn’t a lack of perspective, saying there’s a lot of room for improvement is a lack of perspective. Don’t question the offense, they’re the reason why we won today. Never mind the defense…

Do I have to use purple or?

Is Tyler learning? Yes. But maybe, just maybe consider Tyler is at practice all week and knew what he could rely on QP2 for, and more short to intermediate passing just wasn't it.....hell, Cam looked like he even ran read running plays better than Quincy.

Honestly, lay off the Roehl bashing. Yesterday proved how foolish that is.

That’s fine until you remember the play calling when we had cam last year.

And Cam looked completely different yesterday than in the Spring. He executed when he didn't in the Spring.

The team was a total mess last spring, last springs team and this one are way different.
    From the movie THE PROGRAM

Regent Chairman: This is not a football vocational school. It's an institute for higher learning.
Coach Winters: Yeah, but when was the last time 80,000 people showed up to watch a kid do a damn chemistry experiment? Why don't you stick the bow-tie up your ass?

The difference between a true freshman and a sophomore.
