Bison fans now know how other teams' fans feel. You normally don't win every game and sometimes you lose big. I looked outside and it's still sunny and warm. I think I'll be ok.

Sounds like something a Rabbit fan would say

    2. This might have been the worst o line performance I've seen in the last decade. SIU d line controlled the LoS and NDSU o-line had no answers. SIU dominated the trenches vs NDSU...chew on that for a minute...
    3. Playcalling was bad. Zeb isn't going to light the world on fire, but even he can be more successful when he isn't facing 3rd and 8 or 9 after two consecutive runs up the middle with no opening. Also, why not involve our TEs more? On D, why not throw in some press to disrupt the timing as the CBs were getting roasted all day.
    4. Christian Watson is a complete non factor and has been bad since the UCA game. Fix him and get him involved.
    5. Secondary was bad all day long. Big cushions, poor tackling, and lack of playmaking.
    6. D line was ordinary, at best, all day. Ditto for the LBs, but with the added caveat that our lack of size at LB is going to result in us getting pushed around like today more often.
    7. Kickoff return game was terrible.
    8. This team isn't a contender. Maybe they can sneak into the playoffs, but that sure seems unlikely.
    9. This coaching staff needs to look in the mirror and realize they are doing a shitty job thus far this year. Getting outschemed happens from time to time, but the effort wasn't there today and the playcalling has been bad this year.
    10. God I hope Patterson or Payton are ready in the fall.
Good points. Are they counting this spring experiment as a year of eligilbity or is this a freebie? Even if Zeb is back I think we go with Payton.

    Especially if we're rebuilding.

Run game - that was an abortion - could use Luepke out there.
Receiving - Christian needs to catch the ball before making move (unlike he did on two plays) and he can't stop in a slant route - we need him to step up. Hopefully we get Sproles back soon.
QB - that wasn't a great game - not setting him up for success with all the 3rd and longs.

Defense - don't think NDSU's defense forced a single 3 and out, and they haven't forced a fumble this season. I'm not sure about the trend of NDSU going athletic vs physical on the front 7 - but that's what we've got so we better figure out how to make it work. SIU just kicked our asses.

He chose to bring that legacy to NDSU when he didn't have to. I'll admit NDSU is suffering in part due to Trey's unprecedented success, but just take a sec before bagging on one of the QB greats to play at NDSU.

You can't use the word "abortion" and not expect me to make political jokes involving EC8HEH8.

yep we turned the ball over too many times. Also a roughing the kicker could have been called otherwise UND had a great game. They are definitely very good.

Wasn't aware Trey's only offer was NDSU. I'll have to look into that.
