    And if we were magically FBS we'd still get people poached. Ohio State and Notre Dame use Cincinnati and the MAC as their farm system for coaches.

    This is my thought as well. I know we are only 1 year into our existing HC but thinking ahead Roehl has to be the leader in the clubhouse for next in line.
