Default NDSU vs Western Illinois 1-2 and 1-3

Interview with 1st year WIU Head Coach Rob Jeter

    “Leathernecks seeing signs of progress”

    https://www.mcdonoughvoice.com/story...ns/4080586001/

Jeter gets another shot at a head coach job. The last 2 seasons he was an assistant for the Gophers, but earlier in his career was HC at Milwaukee for 11 years (185-170). Has many recruiting connections throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Jeter is trying for a quick rebuild at WIU, with the ‘Necks being 5-21 last year (2-14 Summit). Has 14 new players on the roster - 5 freshman and 9 transfers.

Going to love the NDSU basketball weekends this winter!

Massey ratings have us winning 74-68. Western Illinois is not a good basketball team. Tons of transfers even before COVID IIRC.

Looks like Midco is going to make a rush at the streaming money grab. Let’s hope they don’t foul it up.

I (and assume everyone else) would like the Summit to push for a conference-wide TV and steaming deal. Similar to what we have with MVFC and ESPN. I will forever hate Denver because their home games are never available to watch.

I don’t care who it’s with, but we need to have a conference wide deal so all our games are available. This is supposed to be D1, my nephews JV basketball games are available for streaming for Christ’s sake.

Midco does have their own streaming "box" and app now called midcoTV not sure if it's available to out of area or even all midco subscriber areas. I haven't had a chance to dig into it much yet.
