I really like the color guy for the broadcast too. It was like when former NDSU players do a commentary on a game and they are not being polished but saying exactly what they feel/think about a play. The reaction to Dezmond's spin move in the paint was awesome, for example.

It felt more like complete surprise to me, but yeah... the raw reactions are good.

Felt a little patronizing as in he actually couldn't believe a team from the Summit and ND had any ballers. It felt like a number of times he held his tongue on what he really wanted to stay. Probably me just reading into something that wasn't there though. Overall I did like his honesty even though as Tony said it was unpolished, it was fun to hear.

If the team plays like that with some pushing the tempo, going to the hoop and playing a bit above the rim the Summit could be ours for the taking in what was supposed to be a bit of a down year. I want to see them push through and continue this type of play when they are up against a tougher defense and not wilt into pass around ball.
