Chris Harris, 6-4, 185, WR/FS, El Paso (El Dorado), TX
Perimeter Ram? I mean, there is a lot of good blocking in his highlights.

Enjoy seeing Tony’s “Perimeter Ram” highlights!

Fun to see some late season recruiting. NDSU has had success with it.
Braylon Henderson (also Texas) and Kobe Johnson (Georgia) are among current examples on the roster.
Chris Harris had 32 receptions for 500 yards, 6 TD’s. Looks good in the highlights in all aspects of WR skills. Could be another downfield threat, in addition to having Redzone height.
Had a late PWO offer from UTEP, so an interesting find by NDSU.
Many other D3 offers, including Valley City State, so has some northern connections.
He seems like an interesting young man. His mom served three tours in Afghanistan and he has lived in Germany and South Korea (at least that's how I read it - he may have just visited too.) Fargo shouldn't be much of an adjustment.

Welcome Chris! Must be some kind of special connection since I didn't think they recruited anywhere near El Paso. He certainly has the size you like to see in a WR (I seem to recall much wailing and gnashing of teeth in recent years about the size/height of WR recruits).
Signing Day article for Chris Harris and Grant Romfo:
(Which would normally mean the Bison are done for the day)

Harris was a three-year starter and two-time captain for El Dorado, where he played wide receiver and safety. He was a two-time all-district first team honoree and finished his career with 62 receptions for 950 yards and nine touchdowns. Harris also competes in basketball and track and field. He was a district champion in the 4x100-meter relay and 200-meter dash.
Good reminder that not every athlete is chasing the portal and the next best thing.
Hard not to like him after reading his comments in that article.
I actually thought he would have played a lot of snaps even last year. His HS highlights showed him to be an outstanding blocker, as well as an athletic skilled receiver.
I would like to see him out there blocking for Raja and Eli on the end arounds.
