When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.
It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

So Cole Payton writes right handed and throws lefty. Weird.

North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.Bob Lutz, The Wichita Eagle, August 30th, 2013
sigh......
If you count Kpeenu’s newly reported Iowa State offer, that makes for 5 signees with FBS offers (at one time)
Kpeenu, Duttenhefer, Pascoe, Jones, King. 5 in one class - nice!
Lance, Payton, Kopp & Green all also have impressive offer lists.
So you recognize it’s not a normal recruiting year.......but you keep ignoring it was always going to be a small class due to the size of the senior class*......and you keep ignoring that the Covid eligibility means NDSU may have seniors who decide to return next fall so less scholarships are currently available **......
Anyways - a most impressive NDSU preferred walk-on program continues......
*Ross’ guesstimate was 11 or 12 scholarships split between 13-14 prospects on early signing
** e.g. Josh Hayes or Zeb Noland or Cordell Volson or Cody Mauch or......
*** all established schools will be faced with this roster size issue - maybe a school with a coaching change like Arkansas State will have more roster turnover and hence less roster size management problems
