We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie
You're right, you don't get it, at all. If you think it's the same as playing 80% of teams in FCS you're delusional. Outside of about 20 FCS teams the rest of the division is complete garbage and they really don't even care. That's what this division is about, basketball schools that offer football at a lesser commitment. If we are going to stay FCS we might as well stop increasing FB spending and put it into BB. I'm sure the FB donors will like that idea.
When someone says the success of Costal and Liberty, are you referring to Costal going undefeated and still not being invited to a major bowl game let alone the FBS playoffs. Yeah, lets just jump on that bandwagon.
From the movie THE PROGRAM
Regent Chairman: This is not a football vocational school. It's an institute for higher learning.
Coach Winters: Yeah, but when was the last time 80,000 people showed up to watch a kid do a damn chemistry experiment? Why don't you stick the bow-tie up your ass?

Coastal is #12 & everyone knows them in America now
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?
Coastal's profile is not any higher than NDSU. 80 percent of the G5 is garbage. The division is mostly basketball schools that don't care about football. That's what it is.
