Super excited to see Trey in either Tennessee, Houston, Tampa , Detroit or Minnesota.
    "Uppity FBS players" lol wtf.

The 49ers just gave a FCS guy a 4 year/$ 80+ million contract. Their very well paid fullback is a FCS guy. What are you talking about?

49ers did, but locker room has their own agenda. Its not like 49ers want to get rid of Trey, Teams are enquiring about Trey.

So the locker room hates their FCS fullback who makes 9x the average position salary?

So what changed in the locker room between draft day 2 years ago, when it was "Trey to the Bay" and today?

I will say, 123gobison - this is one of the weirdest lines of reasoning I’ve heard…

It’s a pretty unique situation, but even if there is a clique of players that are colluding against Trey for fear that his contract might bring theirs down (as insane as that sounds), it’s even more unlikely that this clique of players would actually influence the front office into making player decisions.

If only Trey were like 55 years old Irsay would trade a first.

I am sorry , RBs value is not the same as QB. Whatever it may be, it is very obvious that, the 49ers veteran locker room is a very toxic place and not where young QBs can thrive. I am happy that Trey is going where he will get an opportunity to play which is very important for him. It is important to note, "Teams are calling 49ers, and 49ers are not calling teams" so there's another clue for the dynamics in that organization between the upper management-locker room and QB situation.

Please explain what evidence you have to suggest the 49ers locker room is toxic. You've made the claim, and provided no examples, nor named names. Is it Bosa? Kittle? Jimmy G? McCaffrey?
