Foxnews posts a lot of garbage, and this is one I had to share. I wish I had a better place to get news, but I just can't handle the left wing bent of every other site. (even the ap is horrible at this point)
The bad news is Trey is playing for a coach in Dallas who didn't necessarily want him. The good news is Jerry Jones wants him and that's a lot more valuable of an endorsement than Mike McCarthy's is.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.Bob Lutz, The Wichita Eagle, August 30th, 2013
Joe Montana on Trey Lance
“I think the biggest thing for Trey is that he needs to find a place that he’s comfortable in the system, and I don’t think I ever saw a comfort level for him in that 49ers’] system,” Montana said on ESPN. “It’s a system that is played inside the pocket and he came from a system in college that always got outside and he had different reads that happened. The pocket is not a place to learn to throw from when you get to the NFL.”
If it flies it dies.
