Especially now. Going into year 4 with basically nothing to show for it.

That's probably what a lot of NFL fans see that really don't care if he is successful or not. As Bison fans we watch him a little closer and I'm hopeful that the coaches and people on the inside see the progress that needs to be happening even when he's not on the field in a game.
