This season (spring, or whenever it happens) will be the first time in a LONG time that we won't have an offense with a decent number of designed QB runs.
Will be interesting to see how it all works out. I don't know if anyone on the staff has been around long enough to NOT remember a time where we didn't have a running QB (I'll consider Brock a running QB, as he did run more than a traditional QB)

Good point. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a "mobility package" in place for one of the more mobile QBs in case we need to change it up. Also need Watson, Sproles and the TEs to stretch the field so they can't load up on the running game.Originally Posted by ThunderDan

Every fan of every other team in the Valley is breathing a sigh of relief on hearing that they won’t be facing Trey anymore. But...they also did that when Brock, Carson, and Easton left. Zeb will give give them no relief!!

Yep! Let's go back and look at the tape when Walker was QB and bring back a lot of those concepts if he's not as mobile as the last 4 guys. Move Luepke to running back and we have the same skill set we had when Walk and Roehl took down the Goofs the first time.
