Defund/Abolish FCS

Well now that EVERY FBS conference is playing its time we get serious and just push for the defunding/abolishment of the FCS.

Obviously 90% of the FCS can't afford to play in 2020, so Lets just call it a day.

NDSU/JMU and anyone else with the Cahones moves up to the FBS forming thier own conference or petitioning conferences near them. (if abolished, there would be no need for an invite)

Remaining PUD fcs programs can cut down schollies and go D2 or just plain fold it up.

Well I mean it's pretty late to be rehashing 2019, there's been a lot going on in 2020.
