This is actually a hilarious idea. Chapo needs to open accounts on every message board under Larsen's name and start negotiating terms with their message board fans.

I know most of you would just prefer to trash the NDSU admin and our scheduling, but consider . . .

If we played 3 games this fall, then played 8 games this spring, followed by 4 playoff games in April/May, then started an 11 game schedule at the end of August . . . we might have significant roster problems due to injury and due to reps. If we get hit hard by injury vs. UCA or this spring, could be a serious depth problem.

I believe that the admin backed off of playing 3 games this fall just to try to save the roster from too much football, and were thinking ahead to FALL 2021. Think about it!

What does the FALL 2021 season look like? College FB teams that play in the Spring could very well have to cancel their OOC games and reduce the schedule again to 8 games. So, that's what's at stake if too much football is played next spring. It would have been really good to do what the B1G has done and get the schedule back to starting in Oct. Would have been a lot better for the 2021 season . . . again, a full 2021 season might be in jeopardy.

LOL.....two more games in the fall with 3 or 4 months until the spring games is no big deal. Yes there are possibly a bunch of games in Spring with conf. and playoffs, but that possibility is there regardless. Talk about a weak point for justification. Matt just didn't get it done plain and simple. Sure the players are happy with one game versus none, but every one of them would prefer to play more games in the fall. Those who defend the Admin go ahead, but those frustrated with them can post too. I do agree the Spring games screw with normal routine for start of the 2021 season.
