    I wouldn't market on being "safer than Minneapolis" but there is probably some creative way to subtextually tell parents "send your kid to Fargo because Minneapolis is dangerous."

    Speaking of Enrollment, the original topic, NDSU Spring Enrollment sucked again 11,712. That's a 7 year decline. Great job Dean Bresciani. You're well on your way to hitting that goal of 20,000.
