He jumped at his first chance to FBS and went for a terrible no good program....guess he didn't REALLY LOVE HBCU's like he claimed.

Yes, I know coaches leave all the time, but Deion was adamant he wanted to coach HBCU as it was his passion to bring them attention and help the kids there.....but yea, not really. He wants to be Nick Saban. Did anyone really believe he doesn't want the spotlight?

It actually makes sense he went to Colorado. The Pac 12 will be worthless after USC and UCLA are gone in 2 years. Oregon will certainly jump ship as well, with Utah and Stanford close behind in moving.
He'll be in a shit conference and win at will. Make him look good, and one step closer to his actual goal of coaching a top tier SEC team.
I'd beware for any recruits that go to Colorado 2 years from now...he's looking to move as quick as possible.

Colorado is not an easy place to win. Regarding the PAC - Oregon, Utah, Stanford haven't went anywhere. Winning at Colorado would be a good achievement whether USC and UCLA leave or not. If he does well there.

Coach Prime has also said in the past he'd listen to serious P5 offers. Its not like he left JSU in the trenches. I think you are confusing his efforts to get HBCU football some exposure and notoriety with some idea that HBCU football is some end-all be-all destination.

HBCU championship is fine. Calling it a "national" championship when it doesn't involve the entire FCS is odd.

It's just another version of a national championship. They never claim It's an NCAA or FCS national championship, so they aren't misrepresenting anything. HBCU schools are truly national in that they get their students from all over. As evidenced by the crowds they get at many of their games, they are supported in a big way. I don't get why anyone gets bent out of shape for them playing this game and calling it a national championship. It's a great accomplishment.
