2022 Recruiting Updates

Was looking at the MVFC Preseason All-Conference Team.
It’s interesting to see where Bison players are now - and where they started……

1st Team

Hunter Luepke - UNI offer, 2 stars, #26 ranked prospect in WI

Christian Watson - NDSU was his 1st offer - 6’ 2” 175 - 2 star, #536 FL

Cody Mauch - NDSU PWO - also had a Fighting Hawks PWO

Cordell Volson - Wyoming, Fighting Hawks offers, 2 star

Spencer Waege - SDSU, Buffalo offers (I don’t remember Buffalo, but 247 has it) 2 star

James Kaczor - Brown offer, #16 prospect in Minnesota, 2 star

Michael Tutsie - Air Force, SDSU, Eastern Illinois, Indiana State offers, 2 star, #39 ranked prospect in Indiana


2nd Team Preseason All MVFC

Noah Gindorff - UNI, Fighting Hawks & that famous last minute Gopher offer when Fleck was hired, 3 star, #10 ranked prospect in Minnesota

Eli Mostaert - Air Force, UNI, SDSU, USD offers - 2 star, #21 ranked prospect in Minnesota


Honorable Mention All MVFC

Josh Babicz - Wyoming, Illinois State, SDSU, USD, Missouri State offers - 2 star, #107 ranked prospect in Illinois


Congrats to those players for their achievements!
And I am very happy they committed to a great developmental program!!!
And congrats to the coaches for finding, recruiting, signing and developing these players!

it's been a down year last 2-3 years
take out Weertz/Beers & it's not pretty.

Bohl/Klieman & their staffs were fantastic recruiters......
are we out of money with all the pwos being commits?
can someone answer that?

What are you going to say if we were FBS and we still recruit the same kids? Hell you heckle kids on Twitter for choosing Wyoming over NDSU.

You always say "I want better or what's best for NDSU." What do you think players think that read this board or parents that read this board? They are never good enough? Oh I forgot El Chapo/Lakes/BisoNation is the reason they are good because he is motivating them with talking bad about the number of stars they don't have.
