Losing 2 senior Rams after the one-game fall season is a reminder to recruit some more! 2022 looks like a good year for OL prospects in the region. Here is one who is at a MN PrepRedzone showcase - Devin Lockerby, Faribault MN - who could be an early offer

One of my heavyweights coming in from Fairbault is 2022 6’5, 295 lb. @DevinLockerby
and he has absolutely came to play. He’s a lean 295lber. And has great technique and a strong pop off the LOS. No wonder NDSU is hitting him up so much...
Martin Koivisto - 6’ 6” 295 - OL - Shakopee MN
Offered by Kent State.
Is a 2022 NDSU interest.
Sure would like to see some offers go out. They know damn well who they want. Yes I’m a little impatient.

Would be fun to see......I hoped once the OLine Coach vacancy was filled, they might jump right in - but so far no.
If they want players on campus first before offering, the NCAA recruiting dead period was extended to Stig Juice Day - aka April 15th. On the other hand, some players, especially local & regional players, have been on campus already......
Ashton Beers - 6’ 5” 295 - OL - Slinger WI
Offered by Dartmouth.
Previous offers include South Dakota, Columbia, Pennsylvania.

There's a science to recruiting. Just throwing out offers to anyone is everyone is what others do, not what NDSU does.
You see . . . you actually have to talk to the recruit, find out when their target time is for accepting an offer, and make sure if you want the kid you hone in on that. If a kid says he's not going to make any commitments until fall 2021, or spring 2022 . . . then what difference does it make to offer in Jan 2021. Continue to talk, let them know you are interested, and offer when the iron is hot. Pud (your word) teams offer everyone and do it early and often. Figured you were smarter than that.
I suppose you threw your wife a blanket offer, good for marriage whenever she wanted to accept it? That would be your style?
