IIRC he has an uncle that played at UN_ in the 80"s/early 90"s. I could be wrong. If so, that may have influenced what he heard over the years....

My thoughts exactly.....assuming the kid wanted to play QB at the next level, we already had our scholly QB for the class locked up, so both parties moved on.

And ill take Cole over a legacy any day

It seems like a weird year for recruiting. We have a few offers out but I’m not seeing the commits like year past. Covid obviously changed that a bit. Idk

Covid year keeping an extra class on scholarship is gonna hurt NDSU. I'd love to know the breakdown of scholarships, but with soo many PWO's last year and more PWO offers already that are public.

The covid year affects all schools. EVERYBODY is in the same hurt position from a scholly/recruiting perspective as NDSU (even 'bama) due to the "free" year for all players.

that is correct , and that will keep numbers low from the top on down... so 130 FBS teams then NDSU...
