RIP 2020 NDSU season?

I appreciate ADML trying to meet us in the middle and schedule a game. However, being stuck on only one game seems odd. It seems like from a players perspective they would want more if they have to practice for a month plus. UCA will be coming into this game hitting their stride and we will be rusty big time. Maybe a scrimmage against the Jack's or get SFA up here first.

Sure hope there will be more then one. I'd like to see as many as we could schedule this fall and say screw it to a spring season.

They keep saying one game....very clearly. It seems odd to me they would do this for just one game.

Yeah, gully, I don't buy it. Sure seems like this is an excuse to get working again, and they will play more if they can.

Brake making it sound like other AD’s are telling people they’re talking with NDSU. NDSU AD being vague and saying they aren’t actively pursuing more games. It’s probably gamesmanship to not sound desperate to bring teams in and instead keep cards close to chest.

As Entz said in the presser, the NCAA ruling allowing athletes to not lose a year of eligibility was a game changer. No player, especially seniors, wanted to burn a year for a couple games when a spring season is not a sure thing.
