If this is the case, can NDSU get the media rights for their own? Possibly call ESPN/FS1 (hey you need games, we have the TOP QB in the country...)

What program who is not making money off fan revenue at the game is going to pay a formidable payout to bring NDSU in and lose? No program is going to accrue more football expenses going to Fargo to play and likely lose. People aren't thinking about this situation rationally.
