5 percent plus inflation. That a bunch of posers. We’re at 3 percent with no allowance for inflation, no reset to market upon new tenancy, and no exceptions for new construction or small landlords.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

Ahjany Lee & Kendall Blue are both P6 recruits but chose St Thomas.
The 6’9” Lee’s offers included Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Stanford.
Blue had a Marquette offer, George Washington, Appalachian State.

Andrew Rohde also had a P6 offer in DePaul. Plus Milwaukee, Appalachian State among others.

Gotta admit, when St Thomas offered Lee & Blue, I just thought they were trying to set themselves up as the fall back option for if things didn’t work out well for them at a P6 school.

    First year...

    Hockey - 3-32-1
    Women's- 5-27-1

Volleyball 3-25 and 2-16 in conference play

    Basketball
Men's- 4-14 in conference play and 10-20 overall
Women's- 4-14 in conference play and 7-21 overall

    Soccer
    Men's 3-11-2 and 2-4 conference
    Women's- 4-12-1 and 2-7 in conference

    Softball
    2-13 start

    Baseball 2-8 start

Mens Track Field 5th out of 7th
    Women's Track Field 6th out of 8

    Women's cross country- 4th out of 9
    Men's cross country 2nd out of 8

Saving grace was football where the pioneer teams don't fund scholarships either, so same level as D3 on my eyes. 7-3 overall and 6-2 in conference play. They played 1 good team, UNI and lost 44-3

Overall I thought their program would do better but that was just year 1. Bright spots were cross country
