Matt Larson, calling Greg Byrne, 'Bama athletic director.

"Hey Greg, how ya doing? Matt Larson here from NDSU. Say, I was wondering if you would be interested in scheduling a game on Sept. 5th, now that we both have an opening." (Click)

"Hello, hello?........ Dang, did he hang up?"

Oklahoma State is officially searching for a Sept. 3 opponent, as they were going to play Oregon State and Or. State dropped them. Not that I really think we'll have a season. Of course if we play in Stillwater, all those attending would have to have their T-shirts pre-approved by Cowboys players.

FBS teams can play 2 FCS teams this year and have both count towards bowl eligibility.
