I think it would be cool if NDSU would get a bowl bid this Dec/Jan.

if NDSU schedules 3 FBS games for this fall, wins all 3 and beats UCA, they are 4-0 and could get a Mid Level Bowl Invite as an independent.

If you want to see this team play, you take the best shot you have with football. Right now, the best odds of playing any games is now. You know this because schools are playing now.

Spring may never happen and now you get nothing.

I do think you do it with empty stadiums and maximize tv money. NDSU needs to do this with FBS programs for this to happen. If schools aren't going to play now, they aren't going to play in the spring.

Would have been a perfect year to try an independant schedule. Do what Central Arkansas AD is doing an schedule as many games as you can this fall. I have zero faith a spring season will happen and even if it does it's going to negatively effect the 2021 fall season and the program anyway. Not impressed with NDSU's leadership or lack there of at all. Larson needs to be replaced, guy has literally done nothing to advance the AD.
