Good for Jayden! Who takes his role now? Internal promotion or someone from outside?

Lots of staff turnover. Is it good to be hiring at a time budget cuts are very likely?

I see some staff turnover as a positive. I think DR would benefit from some outside blood. Nothing against Jaden or Will, but some chAnge may help the program grow.

Two coaching positions to fill, who are the likely new hires?

The ND public employee website for the current year shows a base salary for the WSC Athletics Director of $120,200/year, plus another undefined $6,000/year of taxable income. There are probably some other expense accounts that go with this position. Not a bad gig.

Plus, he is still pretty young. He could use this as a stepping stone into something bigger.
