Looks to be a decent schedule so far. The young guys need to step up and get this team rolling. Would be great to see a Ws line up.

Keep looking in the past and you get burned. UCLA is going to be good, possibly really good. They lost 3 seniors but only one of which was in the top 5 in scoring, a Kentucky transfer coming in as well as a 4 start recruit so they will be even better than the team that finished 2nd in the PAC 12 last year. TCU was also a young team so will likely be on the upswing this year as they were much improved down the stretch beating #17 WVU and #2 Baylor while also giving #1 Kansas fits, they are no joke. Eastern Washington is another team that is going to be even better this year after winning the Big Sky last year, that will be a tough game. ISUb beat us last year and only loses one key contributor, Youngstown only lost 2 guys, neither of whom were in the top 4 in scoring so those two teams will be a battle as well.

UIC lost 4 guys and is going through a coaching change, Montana also lost some key guys and Cal Poly wasn't good last year and lost 2 of their top 3 scorers so those 3 games we should be able to get W's on for sure. Thing to remember is we also lost our top 2 scorers and so with guys settling into roles early in the season, this will be a tough schedule. I'd call 6-2 a success getting through this, wouldn't be surprised if it's 5-3 or 4-4 though. We struggled out of the gate Vinnie's first year here as well until he and everybody else settled in and we got rolling. Hoping the experienced guys can carry us through and we can get some big wins on this schedule.

Yeah but they're not Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, Gonzaga and the for sure are not from Minnesota so they can't possibly be good.

Holy $hit, I actually agree with Chapo on this one. I might move USD and UND up a notch and put UMKC at 6 or 7. I just feel like SDSU and Oral Roberts have Alpha's on their teams and I'm not sure who that guy is for NDSU.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.
