Yeah, every coach at this level is going to have flaws and Dave is improving. Saul was fun and had more exciting teams but there's something to be said for Dave's consistency.

Agree, not the best game day coach or motivator but has done a nice job recruiting. We were easily the deepest team in the league this year.

did anyone catch the interview I think in the Denver game where he said people say the players don't listen to me but they do....Last night I noticed that NDSU players specifically Ward and Vinny were much more serious, Not many after shot makes antics until late in the game. I appreciated that because I hated it when they did it. Go Bison...

In Bison Illustrated for Kids, one of the key values for success Ward gave was swagger.

I wonder if Dave loosened up a bit on that to keep these kind of guys around. I don't recall seeing that much of it in the past. Looks pretty stupid when you're in a dogfight with the #8 seed. Been seeing a lot more of it from the football team too. Could just be a reflection of college sports in general.
