Is it me, or does anyone else wonder why you would play the players who don't execute? I dunno, maybe they practice well but don't play well.

At one point he mentioned don't fall for guys that grade out high but play the ones that make plays. There is a difference between conventional grading and this system.

There are plenty of players that “show” in practice but don’t on Gameday. Saw it back in my day even. We had a WR who did everything in practice, had frame and body that was NFL/model-like, and speed to kill, but could not for the life of him catch a pass in a game nor do anything with ball if he did.

He was a Chapo guy coming out of HS tho.
