McGwire Midkiff with the big win at 125 was the match that swung the dual in NDSU's favor. Great job by him to set the tone.

I just wish he would try that a little more often.

Also lots of good efforts to get or not give up bonus points.

great dual that was bound to come down to the last match.
Hats off to Midkiff. His win got them the victory
Cam got the tech that I thought he would
Dylan needs to get better at finishing his shots and the wins will come
Jaden wrestled well against a solid guy
Franek is a top ten wrestler. Tireless
Fogarty needs a sense of urgency if he’s going to win the big 12 and have a shot at the podium
Weber can not try to,outmuscle people at 174. I thought he could have used his speed and had a chance in that match.
Carlson is a hack. Good wrestler but that was a calculated slam with intent to injure
Nice match by Cordell against their best wrestler
Metz has to trust himself shooting against guys he’s better than. Should have had at least three takedowns against Wolters

Congrats to the BiZon on keeping the Bell !!!!!!
Bison fans are blessed. Enjoy it.

BTW, do you have any lottery numbers you want to share since you predict the score correctly?

Also on the Carlson slam, you are absolutely right about the intent to injure, and in my opinion, it needs to be an automatic disqualification for brutality. No good comes from that move. Heck, I'm not sure if I've seen anyone awarded a takedown from that position.
    Hail the BISON!!!

I wish I had bought a lottery ticket!!!! Better to be lucky than good. I agree on the auto disqualification. IMO the ref should automatically review it and make the call. Not the coaches or wrestler.
Bison fans are blessed. Enjoy it.

I was joking when I called it a pile-driver, but this was actually the best picture I could find on the internet outside of Flowresting.

But, you have to turn it upside down and imagine Carlson is the guy in red and standing on the ground, and Cressel is the guy in black holding on. Carlson basically sat down really fast and sent Cressel head first into the mat.
