So that’s why Mayville is on the non conference schedule.

It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. Huge win, Vinnie is just simply a DUDE....they had no answer for him. Rocky's 3 was huge. Would have liked us to post Tyson a little more but sliding him out definitely opened up driving lanes for Vinnie. The win locks up a top 2 seed and also gives us a huge advantage in the tie breakers if we end up tied with SDSU.

Good win. Decent D minus a few threes but whatever. Solid free throw shooting. Need to stop the scoring droughts a put teams like this away

Locking up one of the top 2 seeds is big to avoid playing 3 straight days. Although the Bison were able to win 3 in 3 days last year. The tournament is going to be once again fun to watch again.

The Summit player of the year will be decided by who wins the conf title. It will be Vin or Wilson.

I thought both teams had off games last night. Rocky was just flat out awful in the first half with missing wide open shots, dribbling the ball of his leg, bad passes, and poor defense. He didn't let him effect him all game however as he came up big in the 2nd half so kuddos to him. It would be nice to see this team put a 40 minute complete game together with all cylinders clicking. Seems like we have 2-3 give me layups or bunnies a game lately that we shank for whatever reason and extended scoring droughts. It is encouraging to know that playing like crap last night along with some home cooking officiating we were still able to win on the road against a formidable foe. After a surprisingly slow start to the season the Herd are picking it up a and hopefully continue to peek at the right time like we did last year. Seems HC DR is shortening the bench here down the stretch with more on the line which I think is a good move. However, those bench players have to step up as we got very little from them last night. I like our chances moving forward and in the SLT but have to clean up some things yet to get there.

Also, teams are really coming at Vinnie hard at the top of the key off those screens. Rocky is wide open every single time but has had trouble knocking it down, hesitating, or turning the ball over. Get Samuelson up there setting that screen instead of Rocky. Teams will have to stop crashing on Vinnie so hard or risk Samuelson shooting them out of the gym. Plus it gets Rocky down low to help rebound instead of standing at the top of the key.
