Outside perspective: A lot of it was likely people who have given up on getting season tickets, weren't giving much anyway and not seeing the value of it. On top of that, tickets aren't as hard to come by right now and they weren't getting their top games from their 6-8 "non-season ticket holder Teammaker" allocation.
Do the '18 vs '19 numbers show that more money was raised but expenses went up about $300-350k?
