I expect when the country is flooded with this medicine, then, everything will be allowed. I'd guess July instead of the September date mentioned.

I also highly recommend watching the video of the interview with Glanville. This guy is the real deal. He isn't at all like the mealy mouthed Fauci and Birks.
Keep in mind the military/department of defense already has the medicine and is testing it.
Government funding is a foregone conclusion, and I expect the Trump Administration to slash the production time by 90%.
