Either way, you can argue the merits of both sides, but I don't think you can definitively say that the XP was wrong.
it most definitely is wrong. There's not much more I can say beyond that. Google it and you'll find infinite examples talking about it.

If people choose to believe it's closer than it really is, that's cool, I'm glad you're not coaching! (unless you're coaching JMU)

It's the same reason why, in OT, college teams that win the flip always want to defend first. Having absolute knowledge of what you need to win is infinitely more valuable.

I've always heard it as "Trot in there, baby!!!" Seemed a little odd at first, but it's growing on me.

Speaking of, does anyone have a link to the radio call highlights from the game?

I get all warm and fuzzy hearing home radio announcers going nuts.

I’m a Culhane fan and normally sync his PxP. Soundcloud usually has the highlights and the game call, but I do not currently see them posted.

I would kick the XP (90+% to successfully convert), rather than the 30 -45 % chance of converting the 2 point try.
30%-45% chance to convert a PAT2?! No wonder everyone is kicking all the time.

To be fair, it sounds a lot more like... "50! 40! 30! 20! 10!... GIDDINTHABABAYYYYYYYYY.... TUSHDOOOWWWWWWWWWWN!!!!!!!"

I think it is actually “TROT IN THERE BABY”. But close enough.
