A number of posters have mentioned the awesome Bison offense. It also is worth noting the defense finished 1st in scoring defense and second in total defense behind JMU.

The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Completely different scenario, as in time of game, etc.

Had a good time with you at game tho![emoji1303]

I would say way worse than it did for SDSU QBs Austin Sumner and Taryn Christion.

I removed my comment because Charlie was talking about something else and I misunderstood.

Still haven't found the trophy presentation on youtube. Is this Cignetti the son of the Cignetti who was coach of Indiana State of PA when the Bison hammered them in a DII Title game?

    This is most definitely wrong.

In a spot where you are down 15, always go for 2 first. If you go for 1 right away, what are you playing for? A last second td where you are 50/50 to tie or lose with no time left? You have no incentive to rush it since best you can do is tie and hope other team doesnt have time to score.

If you go for 2 and make it, you are in same scenario as above except instead of a 50/50 chance at tie with td, its 95% (or 50/50 chance for WIN if you go for 2 again)

If you go for 2 and miss it at 50/50, now you know you need to rush your next score because you need one more.

Limiting coinflips at end of games (a 2pt conversion) and knowing exactly what pace you need to play is by far the most important thing.

Going for 1 after first td is by FAR the worst decision and just another reason why JMU was outmatched on the coaching front.

I was very surprised to see how little Kobe contributed after the three week layoff. He must still be suffering from the concussion suffered earlier in the playoffs, he just doesn't seem to have the same explosiveness he had earlier in the year. I realize we were heavy on the Trey for this game but Kobe seemed to be a shadow of himself. I, for one, am hoping for a full recovery for this very special young RB.
