That's fair. I've been complimentary of the coaches and the gameplan all weekend... I just thought if they had mixed it up on that one play it may have converted.

They are just jealous that our trick play worked and theirs did not. JMU ran a trick play back in 17 (fake punt), but still failed to win the game.

And tried a lateral to DeNucci who was going to pass while they were in the wildcat formation this year.

I'm not a great football mind but after seeing this multiple times here I was paying particular attention when I watched the game yesterday after having listened to the radio live. I think maybe the call wasn't so bad bit it looked to my eye like the timing was a little off and JMU closed the hole before Lance could get through it.

I thought it was a bad call. They knew what was coming especially when they ran that formation. Y bring everyone inside and run into the pile. Fake it and do a jump pass from that formation after sucking up the dbs. Or spread them out to give trey the chance to find a hole with way less traffic. Or a roll out with option to throw if he can’t get there

Pretty funny to hear Cignetti say that the fake FG was the players fault for lack of execution.

Entz gets up there and says that it’s something that’s been wide open all year long on film. They overload the field side and have too few guys on the sideline side.

I find it funny that Denucci makes a statement about us using trick plays when they tried a double pass that was well defended and Jabril got a nice hit on De(dumb ass) for a 5 yard loss. My advice: do better!

What's amazing to me about that clip where they ask all 3 of the players from left to right their general thoughts on the game, is contrasting the responses from Carter (also a Transfer) and Stapleton with Nooch:

Carter could not have been more respectful and classy in his response, then DiNucci whines, then Stapleton says, "Like Ron'dell said..." as if to completely ignore Ben's bullshit and then gives his classy response. You can give this guy a pass all you want, but if guys like Carter and Stapleton (who has questionable character anyway) are able to conduct themselves in that manner following a tough loss, DiNucci gets zero from me. He's a loser.
