Get the beef rib. I tried their tamales and the Fried rib today. You dont want to go there. Pulled pork meh. Pork ribs are good . Brisket was dry today. Sausage was good.

    Going to Hutchins tomorrow.

Went to the basketball game last night in Tulsa. Thought there'd be more Bison fans there. Pretty fun game, other than the result.

Making contingency plans for alternate travel routes to avoid the ice and snow by traveling a bit west then north and back east past the storm track. Better to add some time to travel on good roads then to be miserable driving on dicey roads.

Which way you thinking? We have not decided yet but will mostly change due to weather.

Talked to a guy in St Louis who indicated he'd talked to a some people over in KC and Topeka area this morning and said they were getting hammered pretty hard with snow/ice. Up side is I didn't even tell him NDSU Bison I just said NDSU people were headed to Frisco before we hung up he said rooting for the Bizon (with the z even!) this weekend!
