De La Riva with arguably the top win of his career, as he knocks off the #1 seed Joe Smith to make the quarter finals. Smith is a two time All American and the son of American legend (and OK St coach) John Smith

Great job by Luke Weber to make the semis. He'll have a good chance in that one too.

Cam has been looking solid too.

Hopefully both of the HWTs win and we put 4 in the semis.

I can't believe there is still another round tonight. This is a long day of non-stop wrestling.

Great end to the round with JVM beating one of the top recruits in the country from this past year, Eaton getting a good win, and Cressell staying alive with another win

I think it was a good day by just about everyone. We're in 2nd place just behind OK St., and that is with Mac getting hurt and Fogarty sitting out.

Really good day for NDSU. Lots of guys still in it and two in the semi finals.

Nice to see JVM get going and rattle off a bunch of wins. Same for Eaton.

Encouraging to see Cressell get a bunch of wins.

Huge win for De La Riva today too.

Only real bummers today are no Fogarty and Midkiff getting injured. I thought Midkiff would place and was definitely among the top 8 in the tournament. Hopefully he's back in short order, but if not, I'm all for burning Gamet's redshirt.
