Hatred towards NDSU has nothing to do with it. It has everything to do with with being consistent. The NCAA allows other team sport athletes to transfer. Why should a FB player be hamstrung if he wants to go to another school when he sees he wont be playing at his current school? The present rule is all about having the power to dictate where an athlete can and cant play.
