Seriously---how many players are going to bust their ass to make the team and become a starter and then leave just to have to win a position on another team?
This rule is going to allow players who were recruited under one coach who has left for another school to move on as well, a player who finds that the school hes at isnt the right fit, and kids who get lost in the depth chart and are looking for playing time.

This change in rules isnt going to allow teams to come in and actively recruit your players.

When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

If Trey Throws up 35 td , 3500 yards, 1500 rush yards and 2int's
    after his 29td 2786 yards 1100 yards rushing & 0ints in 2019 \\\

then you're goddam right he'll get nfl agents & GM's in his ear to BOLT after next season

He’s not throwing for 3500 yards I think we’ll see his rushing numbers go down the better he gets throwing and reading the field
