    Cole Jirik and Joey Blackmore have been doing have been doing a podcast for the past few weeks with some in depth conversations with former Bison players... the most recent episode they actually brought on Trey Lance -- I am about halfway through this and am saving the rest for my commute tomorrow morning, but what I have heard is definitely worth a listen:
