Definitely! I know from Spring some schools chose not to offer scholarship extensions to any seniors. I believe the extra year of eligibility was available to all classes, but the extension on numbers was only this year. That will start to limit the number of new spots if they are taken by players who otherwise would have exhausted their eligibility.

    NFL or NDSU.
Dont you need to sit out a year if you transfer? He's not a grad transfer

Not if they pass the new rule.

Doesn't matter how good Lance is. Michigan will lose to Ohio State this year.

We have a lot of LB talent in the NFL even before Cox goes in- Emanuel, Mays, Board and Humber..

I dont see a good situation where he has to learn a full offense super quickly when he is already guaranteed a chance to be a 1st round pick. This isnt a case like Jabril. Trey has something to lose

Trey is already projected first round coming out of NDSU. Where's the upside in transferring?
