Yeah I text into the coaches show last night to find out the status and Dave said they decided to redshirt him back in December, had just been keeping it quiet. Dez is a captain and 100 times better than Yoder, I'm hopeful he sticks around, we don't have another PG coming in as Dissette will primarily be a 3 for us and Bradley a 2 so I think there's plenty of room in the rotation for him.

He wouldn’t be behind 10 & 5 if he was healthy. He’s at a much higher level of strength compared to those guys.

I think so too and he's was a good player for NDSU. There is just too many good young perimeter guys right now who have an opportunity to continue developing and could be pretty good by the end of the year.

NDSU up to 231, a chance to pick up a Q2 win against ORU at home Thursday night, ORU sitting at 61.

A home sweep this weekend should get us into the 100's which is at least moderately respectable. More importantly a lot of confidence down the stretch and keeps us in the hunt for a top 2 seed for the Summit tournament.

aside for ORU and their great non conference schedule the summit is garbage for rankings
sdsu beating 20 ranked Boise State by 2 as a Quad 1 win takes them from a 220 to 187 ..

ndsu is 6-11 ... they SHOULD go 8-3 with this garbage summit and finish 14-14. get a #3 seed in summit, beat omaha then lose to sdsu and they are 15-15 and the next year its wash rinse repeat. yawn.

ORU getting close to at-large status if they don't win the tourney. If they run the table in until the championship game and lose they have a shot. They received 2 votes in the top 25 poll this week.
