Some Vegas books opened JMU as fav. But you have a point, JMU is experienced. Most of ours are underclassmen. Once we beat Oregon will another FBS team schedule us again? haha

Hope NDSU does not go into Frisco taking JMU too lightly, or feeling the game is already won.
As much as any opponent this year, JMU deserves significant respect. They are a good team, well coached.

The Illinois State game was a wake-up call. Response was a Montana State thrashing. JMU will be a quite a bit tougher, likely will bring it until no time left.

That should mean, in general, stronger physically, less prone to mistakes during a game, more disciplined, less likely to be intimidated, and more judicious on when to play with aggressive reckless abandon (than when they were Fr and Sophs).

It “SHOULD”... but watching them in the playoffs this year, they appear to take a lot of cheap shots that could get flagged.
