Betting lines in Vegas continue to trend towards JMU... every sports book with the game on their board now has JMU favored with the consensus being JMU -1.5. Westgate just bumped their spread out to JMU -2.5.

I feel like Mr Burns watching these lines continue to move in favor of JMU...
Not that our guys need any motivation for this kind of game but they haven't had that underdog chip on their shoulders since September 2016 in Iowa City.
I doubt they're watching them at all but I think more things get to their ears that you'd think when it could be perceived as a slight against them. Prior to the semis there were plenty of people scoffing at the fact that Choate's comments about FCOA meant anything other than trying to rile up his administration and boosters but that got to the players' ears.
To be an underdog against an FCS opponent for the first time in 8 years (I think - could be wrong) while you're on a FCS record winning streak is noteworthy I'd say.
I certainly hope the players find out.
The only reason some people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
